CarPickr is a free platform that connects users with participating automotive dealerships by forwarding enquiry details. CarPickr is not a dealership, broker, or agent and does not sell vehicles.
Free Service
CarPickr is provided at no cost to users. There are no subscription fees or charges.
User Submissions
By submitting an enquiry, you
- Confirm the information provided is accurate
- Consent to your details being shared with participating dealerships
- Acknowledge dealerships may contact you directly
No Guarantees
CarPickr does not guarantee
- Pricing, availability, or offers
- That a dealership will contact you
- Any specific outcome from an enquiry
All negotiations occur directly between you and the dealership.
Third-Party Dealerships
Dealerships are independent third parties. CarPickr is not responsible for:
- Dealer conduct
- Advice, representations, or offers made by dealerships
- Any transaction entered into between you and a dealership
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the platform
- Submit false or misleading information
- Attempt to access or disrupt the platform unlawfully
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and platform functionality remain the property of CarPickr. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable right to use the platform for personal enquiries.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, CarPickr is not liable for:
- Losses arising from dealership interactions
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Data provided by third parties
Nothing in these terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
